IT Vizion is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation:
    • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (online research, networking, industry events, prospect databases).
    • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and proactively engage new leads to build relationships.
  2. Prospecting & Outreach:
    • Conduct outbound phone calls, emails, and social media messaging to reach decision-makers and influencers.
    • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, ensuring potential opportunities are thoroughly vetted.
  3. Needs Assessment & Qualification:
    • Understand prospective clients’ pain points and business objectives.
    • Match prospects’ needs with IT Vizion’s Operations Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions.
    • Schedule discovery calls or demos with senior Sales and Technical teams.
  4. CRM Management & Reporting:
    • Accurately record, track, and update all sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
  5. Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work closely with the Sales Managers and Marketing team to refine target market segments and messaging.
    • Provide feedback on successful outreach strategies and industry trends.
    • Partner with technical experts to develop compelling pitches and presentations.
  6. Stay Informed:
    • Keep current on market trends, industry challenges, and emerging technologies in the Operations Intelligence and Data Analytics sphere.
    • Actively participate in training sessions to continually enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required Skills/Experience
  1. Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Previous experience (1–2 years) in a sales or business development role, preferably in technology, software, or data analytics.
  2. Technical Aptitude:
    • Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence, or related software solutions is highly desirable.
    • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  3. Sales & Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
    • Strong active listening and consultative selling skills to uncover customer challenges and drive value-focused conversations.
  4. Organizational Skills:
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail.
    • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar sales enablement tools.
  5. Team Player:
    • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, sharing insights and strategies.
    • Takes initiative, demonstrates problem-solving abilities, and contributes to a positive team environment.
