Software Sales Account Executive
IT Vizion, Inc. is an emerging Information Technology (IT) Services provider, with its corporate headquarters in Corona, CA. The company established in 2004 and is privately owned (www.itvizion.com).
Our service offerings include Managed IT Services, Help Desk, Application Outsourcing, IT Service Desk, and staffing/consulting. In addition, the company also provides services built around its proprietary product CMvizion in the Construction Management space.
IT Vizion is seeking a Sales Account Executive to help grow our software business and promote CMvizion, a premier Software-as-a-Service Construction, Design, and Financial system. If you are a self-starter, energetic and motivated sales person then join our team.
Our target clients are Public Agencies (cities, water districts, transportation, etc.), Utility firms and Construction Management organizations with large capital improvement projects ($10 million and above).
About the product
CMvizion is a web-based software product that allows project owners and facility managers to have a real-time view of their Capital Improvement Programs and Projects. It is a single source of information for all project members, keeping everyone accountable and informed.
Required Experience
- 2+ years successfully selling software or services into the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) Industry
- Experience establishing relationships and selling to Public agencies and Utility companies is desired.
- You must have a Bachelors Degree.
- Prior high volume cold calling experience a plus.
- Positive attitude, great communicator, and a closer.
- Understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) technologies a plus.
- Primavera Expedition or Meridian Systems Prolog or Autodesk Constructware sales background a big plus.
Responsibilities
It is very important that you are a self starter as you will be developing new sales territory. You will need to identify leads, cold call into them, perform web demonstrations and close the deals. You are expected to be organized and disciplined. Your experience should reflect that you are a closer.
Location
IT Vizion headquarters are in Corona, CA. However, the right candidate can work from anywhere.
Compensation
This position provides a base salary and a non-capped commission structure. There are and there will be excellent opportunities for growth within the company as you prove your selling abilities.
