IT Specialist
IT Vizion, Inc. is a fast growing managed services provider located in Corona, California. Our focus is to serve the technology needs of small and medium sized business, at a fixed cost.
We currently have an IT Specialist position to fill. The IT Specialist provides technical expertise and guidance in the design, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of simple through complex IT environments.
Duties will include
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network problems (remotely or on-site)
- Define, perform and verify system backups and recovery procedures
- Develop and maintain server, desktop and network documentation
- Perform advanced network system analysis, design and implementation
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent of technology experience
- Preferred certification as an MCP, MCSE, Network+, CCNA, or above
- At least 3-years of end-user support (desk side, telephone, systems administrator, etc.)
- Experience installing, configuring and maintain Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with network security/routing/switching technologies
- ITIL Service Delivery exposure a big bonus
- Great people and communication skills are a must
