IT Help Desk Associate

IT Vizion, Inc.  is a growing managed services provider and IT outsourcing provider located in Corona, California.  Our focus is to serve the technology needs of small and medium sized business, at a fixed cost.

We currently have an IT Help Desk position to fill. The IT Help Desk professional is expected to provide friendly customer service to our valued customers.

Duties will include
  • Help Desk User assistance and computer support with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 Operating systems, Productivity Applications (i.e., Microsoft Office), printers and peripherals.
  • Perform configurations, installations, reconfigurations, upgrades and reallocations of Windows-based workstations and laptops.
  • Contribute and maintain customers’ technical documentations.
  • Miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by direct Manager or IT Specialists.
Education and Experience
  • A+ Certified with at least 2-years of College or Technical Vocational Course Work
    • A higher level certification is desired (MCP, Network+, or CCNA)
  • At least 1-years of end-user support (desk side, telephone, jr. systems administrator, etc.)
  • Experience installing, configuring and maintain Windows Operating Systems
  • Exposure to network security/routing/switching technologies
  • Great people skills and clear communication skills are a must
